    Were this a fire, the gas would’ve swiftly extinguished any flames, but here, now, all it does is churn the brimstone.

    “Remember what we discussed about your emotional clarity and sensitivity and depth—all the things that have caused you to be afflicted by Doomsday Delirium. Use that . . . here.”
