In Memoriam 2023: Tina Turner (1939–2023) Tribute List

Tina Turner was widely seen as the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll." Turner, as part of the Ike & Tina duo, reached fame with hits such as "River Deep – Mountain High" and "Proud Mary," before their break up in 1976. Then, Tina launched her successful solo career, producing many of her most famous songs, including the No. 1 hit "What's Love Got to Do with It." She also acted in films over three decades. One of the best-selling recording artists of all time winning numerous awards, Turner received 12 Grammys, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as inductions into the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
