Stephen Sondheim (1930–2021) Tribute List

Stephen Sondheim was one of the most influential composers and lyricists in American musical theater. His works include Follies, Sweeney Todd, Sundays in the Park with George, and Into the Woods. He won numerous accolades, including eight Tony Awards, eight Grammy awards, an Academy Award, and the Pulitzer Prize. Sondheim mentored other composers, including Jonathan Larson and Lin-Manuel Miranda. He passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 91.
