Deven: The Seventh Star: Chapters 5–9

He knows what the hostile environment is like in Afghanistan. He knows the danger his son is in.

"My name is Sunkee. I was sent to retrieve Deven," he says nervously as he stares at the charged Taser gun.

"You possess the most powerful tool known to man. This pearl alone has saved many worlds."

"Chosen for what? I'm only thirteen," Deven protests.

We call them the chosen stars, a rare breed of human and alien race.

The chosen stars weren't physically born, but their energy source was. And on the seventh day, One rested from making the Earth, but he didn't rest in creating chosen stars. On that day, your energy source was created, Deven. Your energy source has been waiting for many, many, many years.

He glances down at his jersey number 7. Is this coincidence, or is it fate?

He has come to the conclusion that the voice that has been whispering "I am with you" has been his mother's.

The chosen stars have never given up the Pearl and fiercely protected it with their lives.

He wants to build a gravity machine here on Earth to manipulate the movement of the sun.

Mecar will be able to easily defeat other beings and planets that oppose him.

This will force other planets to submit to him to keep their planets alive.

We also refer to his army as Relectros. We gave them that name because they are made from the negative energy particle of a cell, the electro. We say Relectros because Mecar takes the electro and reincarnates it into a being made purely of negative energy.

One embedded his positive energy particle into his creations. This particle is the proton, the positive part of the cell. Their special positive energy source waits for its time to connect with the pure power of the Pearl.

His mere presence is enough to keep Mecar from considering an attack on Zeon without the Pearl, but One has also created a small race of guardians for reinforcements that live on Zeon to help protect its existence.

One used the same mold to create humans so they resemble you in appearance, but if you were to encounter one and they were to reveal who they truly are to you, they would be easy to recognize from their glowing bright eyes.

If a chosen star is eliminated, their energy source, along with the Pearl, is returned to Zeon.

Now he has the weight of the universe on his shoulders, and he doesn't know what to do.

The once state-of-the-art computer lab is now demolished.
