Bryan Stevenson
Bryan Stevenson is an American lawyer, social justice activist, founder/executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative, and a clinical professor at New York University School of Law. He won the 2014 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction and Nonfiction and in 2018, he received the Benjamin Franklin Award from the American Philosophical Society.
