The Birla Group created the residential units known as Birla Trimaya, which are connected by BK Halli Roadways in Bangalore's Devanahalli neighborhood. In units of 1, 2, and 3 BHK, this project provided luxurious, state-of-the-art facility houses. 3000-unit residences on 53 acres of land were covered by the project's floor layout.
