Use the adjective misogynous to describe a system or a person who shows a strong dislike for women, or who acts in a way that negatively affects women in particular.

A government that doesn't allow women to vote, drive, or go to school can be described as misogynous, or being strongly prejudiced against women. A man who is nasty and scornful to every woman he meets is misogynous, and so is a company that pays women less for doing the same work as men. The Greek word for "hate," miso, forms the first part of misogynous, and "women," or gyne makes up the rest.
