More ways to learn
Our activities are even more engaging and customizable with the latest updates to assignments!
- Vocabulary gets visual with our newest question type included in activities. Students are presented with an engaging image and four words. They are asked to choose the word that best matches the image, further testing their understanding of context and meaning.
- To aid student accessibility, teachers can now remove spelling questions from assignments. When creating or updating an assignment, the “Add spelling questions to this assignment” box is checked on by default. Simply uncheck it to exclude spelling questions as part of the activity.
- Quickly and easily include all words without manually selecting each with the latest customization option for Jams and Quizzes. From the “Customize words and questions” page, choose “Select all words” in the dropdown menu.
Easy on-boarding
We’re helping teachers and administrators roll out Vocabulary.com quicker than ever across sites and classrooms.
- Administrators can instantly invite teachers to their site license by sharing the teacher join link in their welcome email. They can simply forward the link to teachers without having to log in or manually add them to the site license.
- The updated teacher dashboard simplifies getting started on Vocabulary.com. Creating classes, enrolling students, and assigning activities is as easy as 1-2-3.
