"Sea lions vs. salmon"

Salmon or sea lion? As the chairwoman of a fish commission, Fidelia Andy chooses the salmon for now. But as a member of a Native American tribe, she supports a healthy earth for all creatures. This perspective can be seen in the second half of her editorial's title: "Restore balance and common sense."
