Puzzle #1 - Directions
There is a new $1.00 golden-hued coin put into circulation in February 2000. A picture of Sacagawea, the famous Shoshone Indian woman, is on the face of the new coin. The words in Puzzle #1 relate to the challenge faced by the Lewis & Clark expedition in 1804-1806 in which Sacagawea played a most crucial part. As the party went to the Pacific and back the Native American Indians did not treat the L&C expedition as threatening since no war parties were ever accompained by a woman and infant.

I love music but there are not too many songs about "Money" in the title. My favorites: "Greenback Dollar" by the Kingston Trio and "Money (that's what I want)" by the Flying Lizards! How come, with all the "Give Me" and "Send Me" songs (see below), no one sings about money?
