  • March is Women's History Month. Editorial content was created to categorize women in their respective areas of achievement. We created interactive puzzles to especially highlight 12 women (4 per puzzle) in 3 different arenas. The reader had to discover the word assigned to each woman. We produced a word bank of additional words and wrote sentences with the words in context.

    Content Topic #2: "Are you afraid of monsters?"
  • Marauding Monsters. In another example, editorial content focused on many monster themes.   • Bees & Buttterflies. A third example illustrated the editorial content focused on myriad types of insects. We created interactive puzzles to spotlight words that particularly typify their various traits. The reader had to determine which 18 words best suited each insect. We produced a word bank of additional words and wrote sentences with the words in context.

  • H2O, E=MC2, Au. In a fourth example, editorial content concentrated on the field of science; specifically, Chemistry, Physics and Geology. Our interactive puzzles featured words from these three subjects - a total of 12 words in 3 new puzzles. A word bank of additional words and complimentary sentences with the chosen words were provided.

    Content Topic #5: Valentine's Day.
  • How do you reinforce vocabulary for one of the most romantic days of the year? Vocabulary.com, in harmony with editorial content, chose the following 12 words that were either derived from a Latin or Greek root meaning "heart" or had the word "heart" in it. Chosen words are written in sentences and can befound in a word bank of associated words.

    Content Topic #6: 20th Century People and Activities
  • Elvis, The KING. Editorial content stressed musical history and pivotal people as an important part of education. It is not surprising that Elvis Presley was featured for his enormous contribution to the Arts. Four words in the puzzle were selected to reflect his genius and impact on us today: gyration, adolescent, entertainer, revolutionize.
  • Ballooning is Magical. After man reached the moon and a land-rover toured Mars a writer described the peaceful serenity of floating in a balloon. The four puzzle words relating to this experience were acrophobia, panorama, descend, inflatable.
