Vocabulary.com has created two FITNESS vocabulary puzzles that require a synonym or antonym for each featured word. A tremendous amount of work is necessary to be a world-class athlete.

Character traits including dedication to improvement and concentrated effort allow premier athletes to excel. In this second puzzle find a synonym or antonym for each featured word.
