All the words in Level #3 come from the root/cells: PLIC/PLEX, FAC/FIC and COGN/NOT.
Do you know what each one means?

Cinny Nym gives you the answers:
Story #1:Charles, an AGNOSTIC, is a CONNOISSEUR of fine wines. His fine reputation forces him to travel INCOGNITO. Few people are allowed to have COGNIZANCE of his INEXPLICABLE OLFACTORY abilities to detect even faint odors. Vendors SUPPLICATE that he share his PROFICIENT knowledge, and they promise that there will be no COMPLICITY among disreputable dealers. Those dishonest FACTIONS are cause for concern. To protect Charles against those individuals with PLIABLE loyalties, vendors support RATIFICATION of stringent new legislation.
Story #2 (from the interactive puzzle page of S#140, Level Three):
The AGNOSTIC who travels INCOGNITO is a CONNOISSEUR of fine art. With her OLFACTORY senses, she has an INEXPLICABLE talent to detect odors of special oil paint in a PROFICIENT way. Disreputable dealers are a small FACTION of PLIABLE people who use COMPLICITY to defraud buyers. With the COGNIZANCE that thefts will occur, the CONNOISSEUR will SUPPLICATE approval of the RATIFICATION of a stringent law to stop most illegal traffic.
Don't forget, there is another story using these 12 words at the top of the Level Three interactive puzzle page.
