Sam's INADMISSIBLE behavior included EXTENSIVE examples of terrible comportment. Unfortunately, he still does TRANSMIT a hostile attitude. There needs to be a CORRECTION in the INTENSITY of his serious mischief. Sam has a TENDENCY to assume he is like a king of the REALM since in his REGIME he includes many followers. The superintendent's OMISSION to be direct worried Sam, the students and the community.
