In this session we will study three roots/cells: NAT, TRACT-TRA and SEQU-SECU. Do you know what each one means? (NAT = be born; TRACT = pull, draw; SEQU = follow) The following story will further clarify the meanings of these new words.
A young professor wanted to launch a NASCENT study of the RENAISSANCE. Even with his own INNATE abilities, he decided to ENTREAT two graduate students to learn INTRINSIC details of SECTARIAN beliefs and of NATAL customs in Italy. Don, in TRACTION due to an accident, became DISTRAUGHT at the burden of more work. He became INTRACTABLE in his refusal to help. Joan, more OBSEQUIOUS, willingly agreed to assist in the research and, as a result, a long discussion ENSUED.Make time to learn the roots!
