Where have your daily vocabulary puzzles been published and for how long?	Both RootyHootHoot® brand puzzles, the Rooty(tm) and the Word Webs(tm), are featured in the Moline Daily Dispatch and the Rock Island Argus (and have been for over five years, since February 1995).
Who developed the puzzle idea? Who is the artist? Where is their homebase?	Carey Orr Cook and his wife, Jan, have been both the creators, editors and artist. She has been a teacher for the last 14 years. Their family lives in the San Francisco Bay area.
Are these puzzles syndicated by any of the major syndicators? How much will the puzzles cost per week?	Tribune Media Services-TMS (800-245-6536) is the national syndicator for both the print and online versions of the feature now called Rootonym(tm). TMS will tell you the cost for all three content features.
Can you supply additional information about Vocabulary University and Sam Mantics Enterprises?	Sam Mantics Enterprises is a sole proprietorship of Janice & Carey Orr Cook.
